Who in their right mind would want to own real estate where you have to check the tidal charts on a daily basis, where the roads constantly need grading, where swarms of “green-head” flies attack from sunrise to sunset, where your beach access is dictated by little Piping Plovers, and  where “Diamondback Terrapins” demand respect.  WE DO!!    Shangri-la it isn’t but we are all attached to the best kept secret on the “Outer Cape”! - more -
